Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable portfolio management of German clients
- Written and spoken communication of invoices in dispute
- Accounts reconciliation with customers in a timely manner to ensure payment discrepancies are resolved
- Communication and cooperation with other colleagues within department
- Identify the person/organization of the business who has to solve the dispute and assign them
- Regular reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent German and intermediate English is a must
- Previous stay in German speaking country is very welcome
- Previous experience in Finance, Collections or Customer Service is welcome
- MS-Office advanced user
- Strong communication skills

Tento súhlas udeľujem až do jeho písomného odvolania na základe mojej vlastnoručne podpísanej žiadosti doručenej do CPL.
