Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a Customer Service team (around 50 employees) 
• Ensuring the Customer Service function is developed and linked to the company strategy 
• Delivering the SLA and KPIs within budget 
• Working with HR by selection of the best suitable candidates 
• Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of employees required 
• Developing the quality of the Customer Service function through training programs and best practices 
• Implementing and maintaining communication system (visual management, team meetings etc.) so all team members are aware of performance and company strategy 
• Daily reporting (for example customer satisfaction) 
• Running statistical analysis to highlight areas for the business to improve  
• Reviewing current customer service processes 

Requirements:

• Fluent English- written and spoken is a must 
• At least 5 years’ experience in Customer Service
• Around 2 years´ experience at the Manager position      
• Leadership and People management experience (teams around 20 people) 
• Multisite operations management is an advantage  
• Experience in project management, process improvements and BPM 
• Creativity and innovation, responsibility and flexibility
