Cost analyst

Responsibilities:

•Development of product cost: material usage, material cost, equipment requirements, labor requirements, cycle times, tooling and capital requirements for new business or changes to current business
•Review complex bill of materials
•Review manufacturing assumptions
•Develop risk / opportunities summary with each quote
•Understand the Development of Pro-forma’s
•Communicate / Educate the organization regarding the cost data
•Manufacturing Rate Development / Machine Rate Development studies
•Develop / refine benchmark cost models
•Actively contribute to departmental initiatives/process improvements to enhance the overall department’s effectiveness
•Commitment to use global costing procedures and tools
  
Requirements:

•Fluent English
•At least 2-3 years experience in Finance/Cost analysis, ideally from manufacturing company
•Very good PC skills (Excel)
•Very good communication skills
•Technical background would be a plus
