HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Provide complex HR support for managers and employees according to legislation and internal policies
• Provide consultancy on employee issues (such as performance, behaviour, violation of policies or guideliness, disciplinary actions, etc.) and contract terminations
• Support payroll agenda
• Support managers in compensation reviews, performance management, talent management and career planning
• Provide consultancy connected to Labor code (changes in legislation) and policies
• Participate in different local/global HR projects
• Review and updates of policies and procedures
• Management of expats agenda
• others

Requirements:

• Fluent English (business level)
• 3-6 years of experience in a HR generalist/partner position within international environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of labor code
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Team player
