Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and administration of HR policies and leading the development of the department
• Develop and monitor HR annual budget
• Establish and lead staffing practices and procedures
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline and the HR database is up to date
• Administer HR documentation (for example contracts of employment)
• Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
• Direct a process of evaluating structure, job design and personnel resources
• Develop strong working relationships with management and staff (providing advice, guidance and coaching)
• Responsibility for all people based activity (organization from both an operational and strategic perspective)
• Resource planning and recruitment (training, being the first point of contact)
• Salary reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of experience at senior HR management position (international environment)
• Able to work successfully, productively and independently in a team environment
• Strong ability to perform well and be unfailingly diplomatic in a high pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Analytical, planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to travel
