Siebel Developer

Your responsibility: 

- Gathering and clarification of functional and technical requirements usually connected with client facing role. 
- Analysis, design and implementation of changes in Siebel application based on the specification in the customer/maintenance requirements 
- Preparation and continuous update of all required documents 
- Participation on testing and acceptance process 
- Recommendations to the client on matters of effective utilization of software package's features 
- Proposals / recommendations of new enhancement which requires great understanding of the business processes 
- Contribution to a high-performing motivated workgroup 
- Observance of defined methodology and standards 
What we are looking for: 
- University education and at least 3 years work experience in IT 
- Deep knowledge of Siebel (or other CRM, e.g. AMDOCS Clarify, etc.) application and CRM processes (Order Management, SFA, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting …) 
- Experience with IT operational processes 
- Experience with handling database interactions (SQL statements, DML) 
- Well structured, action-oriented approach to problem solving 
- Advanced communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal) in English language 

Additional qualifications: 

- Knowledge of Telco architecture and experience with key areas within Telecommunication Company (CRM, Rating, Billing, Mediation, Middleware, Provisioning ...) is an advantage 
- Knowledge of other industries (Health, Products, etc.) is an advantage 
- Management and leadership experience and experience in building and leading teams in an often changing environment are beneficial 
- Knowledge of Telco Business processes 
- Experience with client-facing positions 
- Experience with project management is an advantage
