Job description, responsibilities and duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the development, implementation and support of of system solution
- Investigate, assess and define user problems and system incidents;
- Complete all implementation deliverables and documentation including functional and technical specification documentation
- Update the documentation
- Opportunity to participate on global roll-out project throughtout the whole company
- Support internal customers in managing master data and assisting them in ensuring the accuracy
- Audit system usage and compliance in the business
- Perform basic configuration and perform unit test
- Test the development after completion by the developers
- Perform aspects of system integration testing to ensure functionality is working
- System maintenance according to operational procedures
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with SAP as consultant or support representative, capable of maintenance, customizing and monitoring of the systems.
- Preferred modules: SD, MM, CRM, BW, FI, CO...
- 1-2 years of business experience working with the sales and distribution functional area
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the business processes in the sales and distribution area
- Exposure to IT processes and methodologies
- Good ability in English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong focus on quality and ability to resolve problems under time pressure
- Strong system aptitude / affinity with technology
