Indirect BUYER (senior)

Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements new processes and projects affecting an entire division

• Cooperation with senior level management and suppliers

• Supplier Management - Manages interpersonal relationships with supplier staff

• Provide cost savings on specific commodities

• Review and Implementations of new tools 

• Cooperation with key internal stakeholders and ensure of quality service

• Management of the delivery of services for  global travel agencies, airlines, car rentals and hotels

• Negotiations with travel and credit cards suppliers as applicable (TMC, Car rental, Taxi & Hotels) 

• Negotiate with credit card companies in compliance with internal requirements

• Reduction of vendors and spend that adhere to company policy

• Support implementations of credit card programs

• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Security, HR (train employees on Travel policy)

• Consolidation and coordination of Travel Agency network

Reguirements : 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement (similar commodity - travel/credit card services)

• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills

• Ability to make decisions independently 

• Ability to develop relationships and negotiate agreements

• Experience from international environment 

• Ability to set goals with company objectives

• Ability to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders

• Fluent English

• Flexibility to travel (app. 20% of working time)

• Driving license
