Senior IT assets analyst

Resposibilities:

• Subject matter expert for IT assets
• Performing various data analysis and business models, developing cost/benefit analysis, creating and delivering relevant KPIs to executive-dashboards and reports
• Entering, maintaining and updating of business processes, standards and roadmaps using various tools
• Running of regular audits, implementation of problem solving methods
• Support for annual budget preparation
• Reporting and analysis on regular basis
• Provide consulting and training to the IT teams on effective use of asset management tools and processes
• Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management
• Responsibility for documentation

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• At least 4 years of experience in IT assets field (or related), experienced in reporting, data analysis
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
• Very good Excel knowledge
