Job description
- Responsibility for all IT Procurement lifecycle (purchasing planning, global IT market benchmarking, sourcing, negotiations, suppliers relationship management)
- Work directly with key internal customers at all levels within the organization
- Advise buyers to obtain BU strategy and tactical plans
- Support the development of public procurement strategies, aligned with customer requirements
- Drives the RFI and RFP processes queries, establish assessment criteria, identification and selection of suppliers
- Engage in negotiations to achieve best value for company
- Oversees the evaluation procedures, such as requisitions and purchase orders
- Responsibility for contracts Portfolio Management
- Works with leading regional IT procurement
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience (strong purchasing experience in IT, including HW, SW and services)
- Experience of working in international environment
- Must have extensive exposure to global IT sourcing activities
- Fluent English
