Collections Representative with Dutch in Prague

Responsibilities:  

• Is responsible for maintaining a ledger of accounts – collection of overdue accounts and minimizing financial risk 
• Minimize the number of delinquent accounts and contain the flow to the next financial cycle 
• Providing copies of documentation (invoices, credit notes, account statements…) to customers and business unit contacts 
• Answering customer credit related questions 

Requirements:

• Related professional experience is advantage 
• Advanced Dutch, communicative level of English 
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage 
• Coordinating, analysing and problem solving skills 
• Active team player
