Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role: 

  • share the product vision, manage the backlog, stories and priorities and interface with a development team and key product clients

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze features, segment them into EPICs and Stories, details functional and non-functional requirements as use cases
  • Manage a product backlog including negotiation with clients
  • Assist the development team to ensure the Product Delivery, including participation to test plans and product validation
  • Identify impediments for the development team and provide solution or escalation
  • Collaborate with other groups such as Product Management, Developers, Support, etc.
  • Report effectively to the Product Management department

Required Skills

  • Experience in software development including automation & tests
  • Experience of Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-organized, rigorous, strong team spirit
  • Should have at least the equivalent of degree in computer science
  • Professional level fluency in Slovakian and English
  • Must have the right to live and work in the EU without visa or sponsorship

Good experience

  • ECM: MS Sharepoint, Open Text LiveLink, EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, CMIS, etc.
  • J2EE, SOA, application servers, XML technologies, distributed architecture, RDBMS
