Job description

• Close collaboration with SME’s to evaluate the current processes and issues 
• Eliciting requirements for process improvement 
• Proposing modelling desirable process denesigns 
• Documentation of functional requirements, including UI, report, interface, notification and rule specifications 
• Liaising with technical teams to highlight potential technical issues and align on a future strategy 
• Disclosure of any potential process wide issues and risks 
• Contribute to the functional documentation for each given Sprint / Release (User Release Notes, Training manual, etc)

Skills 

Language skills: 
English - advanced  

• Good working verbal and written language skills in English 
• 3+ years’ experience in IT analysis and the full ALM (application lifecycle management) 
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills 
• Good domain knowledge of the Global Blue operational business processes and underlying systems 
• Good working knowledge of IBM BWL BPM tool 
• Good working knowledge of IBM RRC 
• Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment 

• Potential strong organizational and administration skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and to maintain deadlines 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Facilitation skills to run workshops and/or run discussions within sprint team 
• Technical awareness and understanding 
• Able to manage the day-to-day analysis activities for both self and junior analysts within Sprint 
• Able to estimate effort of analysis tasks for sprint planning
