Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Designing and supporting rollout of global template processes
- Identifying process gaps within assessment from local & central teams
- Responsibility for implementing changes to the operational procurement outsourced department
- Supporting solutions together with IT and business experts
- Finding possible solutions for local gaps within the framework of the corporate specifications
- Identifying process risks and issues and triggers solution or escalation in all areas of the program to Rollout Management and Project/Line lead
- Actively manages with risk, issues and escalation within own work stream
- Active communication with the Project/Line lead
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Croatian OR fluent English and Greek is a must
- Knowledge of SAP (MM/SRM)
- 5 years’ experience at the similar position ideally in Telco industry
- Expert in P2P processes (purchasing of indirect materials, services or IT)
- Deep knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in implementation of international rollouts
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to take on complex tasks
