Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer queries
- business and internal suggestions with involvement of the production plants
- Compile changes in proposals in accordance with the Sales Manager
- Monitor costs and proposals for day-to-day business
- Check price completion including carrying out payment reminders
- Check accruals and sales proceeds deferment with the plants
- Organize business travel
- Prepare meetings
- Support the Sales Managers
Qualifications:
- Fluent English, German at least on intermediate level (able to understand)
- 2 years in a similar position (finance analysis, sales suport, sales analysis etc.), ideally in automotive/manufacturing industry
- MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Very good communication skills
