Project Manager SAP (Rollout of the new project)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan and execute the international template rollout phases (set-up, induction, assessment, design, test, migration, cutover)
• Identify, document and manage gaps according to the project methodology
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of the progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
• Identify and assess risks, establish contingency plans and identify triggering events
• Lead the project planning activities, define resource requirements and manage the execution of projects to meet the local and centralized plan
• Interface with the IT Suppliers in the design of technical solutions required for the rollout of the platform
• Overall responsibility for implementation of the processes within the End-to-End processes

Requirements:

• Fluent English- written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Finance, Accounting or Procurement processes
• Excellent project-management skills
• Expert knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Open to travel
• Experiences in Rollout processes
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
