Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with local HR departments in Romanian language, with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by phone and email
- Advertisement of positions on job portals
- Selection and review of received applications and resumes from internal and external candidates, maintenance of applications in internal database
- Supporting the learning processes and trainings of the employees
- Pre-selection of candidates, phone screening, reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent Romanian AND at least upper-intermediate English is a must
- Previous experiences in HR or Customer Service are welcome
- Motivation to work in HR field!
- Very good communication skills
- Active personality
- Pro-active approach
