  • Functional and technical design
  • Development of custom-build solutions based on Java Enterprise

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years of development experience as an Business Process Developer
  • Strong professional experience with BPM tools, preferably IBM Business Process Manager
  • Familiar with business process design and business/process improvement
  • Solid skills in JavaScript, Html, XSLt and CSS
  • Strong Development experience including Systems Integrations, working experiences with databases and data modeling, web services and Java SE
  • Solid proven hands-on development experience in Java SE on Unix/Windows environment. Experience in eclipse development platform
  • Familiar with Application server configuration, preferably WAS
  • Basic relational database experience with good command of SQL, PL/SQL and JDBC with Oracle database
  • Ability to structure complex tasks
  • Advanced communication skills in German and English language
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements
  • Willingness to travel is a must
