Customer Support in Athens with French or Turkish language

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and record consumer enquiries /questions raised through free phone lines for customers, chat applications and email
• To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy 
• To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
• To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
• To have a sound knowledge of all products and services, understanding their use and functionality
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions & feedback on the customer services database

Requirements: 

• Fluency in both English AND French language or English AND Turkish language 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experiences in the similar role are big advantage 
• Active Listening
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly 
• Ability to understand correct a problem and problem Solving skills
