Job description and responsibilities
- · Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues related to 1st level IT support
- · Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
- · Installation of new laptops
- · Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
- · Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking
- · Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software

Required skills and experience
- · Basic knowledge of Windows system administration
- · Familiar with Active Directory, internet connection configuration and maintenance
- · The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required
- · Strong problem solving skills
- · Ability to quickly understand business requirements
- · Advanced German and English language skills
Nice to have
- · Basic administration of Unix/Linux; Windows sever
