Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:  

• Ensure best visual representation and execute seasonal marketing focuses at POS and POA (Shop-in-shop, shop-windows, showrooms, POS material, events)
• Give advice and information to retailers, POS materials and products to support the marketing concepts and BC
• Use and control the usage of POS materials
• Provide feedback to Trade Marketing on efficiency and impact of activities 
• Provide feedback to Sales on consumer insights, competitors activities, best/worst sellers,product offer quality and availability
• Proactively examine technological knowledge and sales skills of store staff

Your task will be:

• Improve efficiency at Point of sales
• Retail space performance/quality
• Meet agreed timelines
• Retail KPI´S understanding
• Active couching of store managers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word skills and advanced MS PowerPoint skills
• Fluent Slovak, at least intermediate English, Hungarian is nice to have (not must)
• Ability to forecast trends in the industry/among competition
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Very good relationships management
• Creativity, proactivity and common sense
• Passion for Fashion and Sport

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

• At least secondary education required
• Functional experience minimum 1 year in Retail/Trade Marketing/Sales
