Job description and responsibilities

• Developing and growing near-shore test services
• Creating Testing Frameworks, Test Strategies and delivering managed test services
• Test Environment assessments and strategy implementation and management
• Estimation expert for test preparation, execution and support
• Whole test lifecycle across functional, non-functional and the business
• Managing global test teams with travel as required
• Managing multiple test phases across a whole program of functional, technical and business streams
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Devise and implement Client Expectation definition and management / dashboard scoping, setup & management 

Required skills and experience

• Developing test strategies and test plans
• Managing test design and execution
• Experience in  Test Data management, Performance Engineering, Functional Test Automation,  Tools Optimization
• Demonstrable success in standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings
• Shaping, leading and implementing Testing Transformation Services based on client needs
• Excellent communication skills in English & German is required (verbal and written)
• Whole test lifecycle across unit, assembly, functional, technical (interface, security, performance etc.) and/or User Acceptance Test support (UAT).
• Full defect lifecycle experience, analysis and liaison with developers and Business Analysts
• Knowledge across multiple asset classes
• Familiar with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Strong expertise in any key area (e.g. interface tests, test automation, UAT support etc.)
