Junior Procurement Agent with GREEK

Responsibilities:

• Takes on and performs simple tasks in the area of global operation procurement 
• Independent and autonomous performance of tasks
• Monitoring and administration of the procurement related process
• Creates purchase orders properly and within agreed time 
• Ensures relevant structure and classification of purchase orders 
• Executes check of non-matching incoming invoices with purchase orders 
• Prepares proper and completed data for purchasing systems (Master Data) 
• Discussion of deadlines with suppliers
• Administrates assignments to external services providers / suppliers 
• Preliminary work/support for experienced procurement agents and other customers or stakeholders 
• Provides services within 1st level support and interfaces to 2nd level support 
• Works with internal IT systems and applications 
• Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests 
• Proper communication with internal customers, suppliers and other 

Requirements: 

•  Advanced English AND Greek language  
•  Deep knowledge of MS Office 
•  Flexibility and ability to react well under pressure 
•  Proactive attitude 
•  Strong communication skills
•  SAP knowledge is an advantage
