Access Billing Management team is responsible for invoice payments to vendors for Third Party Transport services that are delivered to customers. Invoicing Specialist Team within is responsible for customer and vendor onboarding activities from vendor billing perspective when network sourcing deal is signed between company, customer and vendor.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility of the invoicing specialist team member is to clarify the novation details from the vendor billing perspective, work the transition follow up with the vendor in case of missing data, finalize the inventory file to be loaded to billing tool, and validate the loaded inventory against the first invoice received. Invoicing specialist team member cooperates with internal teams who are involved in network sourcing of particular customer/s.

Other Responsibilities:

• fall-out resolution (clarifying whether the invoices received are legitimate for invoicing team to be processed);
• support of inventory transitions to billing tool from legacy billing tool;
• configuration management, service order activity updates in the billing tool for out-of process orders.
• 2 years of experience in similar area preferred
• Graduates with working experience are welcomed
