Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Participate in development of high quality applications for web, mobile phone and tablet solutions (Java based middleware and web portlets)
- Suggest and implement functional and technical improvements
- Prepare deployment packages of in-house applications + do knowledge transfers to maintenance teams
- Cooperate with management to improve the development testing processes
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- We are looking for a fresh middle experienced (2-3 years) Java developer who will work within a SCRUM team with international manager, that is why knowledge of English /written and oral/ is essential
- This role involve working with a mix of technologies like Liferay portlets, Java/J2EE, Javascript, XML, JUnit, SQL, Design Patterns, Oracle, MS SQL, JBoss, Websphere, Linux/Unix etc.
- You should have relevant IT education and experience (Java middleware and web developer)
- Experience or willingness to learn SCRUM
- Experience with financial sector is a benefit
