We are looking for a target driven and independent Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling the full range of EMID (Endo Mechanical Intelligent Devices) and EBD (Energy Based Devices) products in the central part of Slovakia to hospitals and related healthcare professionals in line with sales targets and agreed plans and campaigns. The Sales Representative will build strong ethical business relationships with customers at all levels to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing on procedural selling.

Key Responsibilitiesof the Sales Representative
  • Present and sell the full range of Covidien EMID/EBD products to current and potential clients
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments, customer profile and market
  • Make professional sales calls on key personnel in targeted hospitals
  • Maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals on territory
  • Follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and report relevant competitive product or customer information to his/her Manager
Skills & Qualifications of the Sales Representative
  • Strong track record in sales in the field (ideally MD, eventually pharma)
  • A degree-level education in a medical field is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivation skills and customer-focused attitude
  • English language skills to business standard
  • A willingness to travel throughout the territory
