Key Responsibilities

* Providing front desk services (reception), prepares various reports, memos, correspondence presentations etc. with due regard to suitable layout, language and distribution
* Process and opens daily, incoming postal mail for manager and prioritizes/suggests replies to same to ensure a prompt response and to help leverage managers time
* Efficiently performs administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth-running of the local office, maintain sick/annual leave records
* When required, efficiently arranges meetings on behalf of managers or other internal employees, refreshments, attendees, travel arrangements, venue, agenda etc. and takes / produces minutes of meeting if necessary so that an accurate record is made
* Ensures efficient and effective daily cooperation with office supplies and services suppliers, coordinates the company procurement process in term of administration of contract and procurement of materials, supplies, services and equipment

Skills & Qualifications

* Secondary/university degree
* 1-2 years admin / secretarial experience
* Good command of English language (spoken and written)
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
