We are looking for 3 client oriented and communicative Customer Service Representatives who will be providing proper customer service within CEE Subsidiaries - Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary. It will include order entry into ERP system, customer incoming and outgoing calls, establishing proper customer relationships, coordinating product orders and delivery, resolving customer problems and complaints, resolving external and internal customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

*Answering incoming calls (external, internal)
*Order management
*Being active and involved, providing assistance on the matters notified by client
*Follow-ups with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately
*Other administrative tasks within the department

Skills & Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

*Experience within customer service
*Computer literacy, knowledge of MS office
*Service orientation - ability of anticipating, recognizing and meeting customerBBTECH_RESERVED_UTF�s needs, ability to work in a dynamic large multinational organization
*Experience and ability to work in tight schedules, with the consequent need to be able to prioritize various tasks and performs these in a methodical manner
*Language knowledge - Slovak OR Czech OR Hungarian and English as an advantage
