Team Lead Accounts Receivable

As an AR Team leader your tasks would be:

• Fully responsible for the monitoring and leading of the assigned Accounts Receivable team including the steering, workload allocation, scheduling and review of performed work.
• Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Receivable related business processes.
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of Accounts Receivable end-to-end process activities and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Receivable data, such as customer invoices, customer statements and credit notes processed by team members.
• Responsible HR relevant topics within his/her team.
• Participation in international projects in the area of Accounts Receivables
• Sustainable development of the employee and the individual performance

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting.
• Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable. (Ideally in a SSC).
• Proven experience in supervising a team within accounting processes in a complex and international business environment.
• Work experience with SAP
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
• Excellent leadership to lead the whole team in the right spirit to achieve the objectives.
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people.
• Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent command of English
