YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main tasks and responsibilites:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges, distributing employee vouchers, etc.
- Administrating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing office supplies (ordering, in-stocking, out-packing, keeping stock records and supplies refilling)
- Preparing various documents, overviews, statistics, etc., filing documentation
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
