To be part of our team in Nova Bana (Slovakia), we are looking for a:
HR and Payroll Specialist
Duties
• Provide support in all HR processes, including employment contracts, salary reviews, performance reviews, payroll interface, and HR information updates.
• Perform a correct and efficient payroll preparation and calculation (Magma HCM). Respond to and solve Personnel administration, time management and payroll cases or issues.
• Provide Human Resources operational support to approximately 350 employees
• Assist on employee relations procedures (recruitment, disciplinary, dismissals, etc);
• Participate in recruitment activities and training design and organization;
Business related skills:
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years experience with payroll and HR duties.
