Buyer - Indirect purchase and logistics
Reporting to the Group Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing side of the logistics activity and some indirect purchasing families within the Group (4 sites in France, 1 in Spain, 1 in Slovakia and 1 in Great Britain).
As such, you are the main contact for your panel of suppliers. You provide support and business expertise to your internal customers (Production, Logistics, Sales, Methods, etc.) at our Slovak and foreign sites. If necessary, you will also act as a back-up for your colleagues within the Group.
After a period of induction and full training, your activities will revolve around several missions:
-Management of purchasing categories: calls for tender, negotiation of commercial conditions (price - lead times - quality), handling of requests for price increases, optimisation of requirements, search for new suppliers and new solutions.
- Management of commercial relations with suppliers: maintenance and development of a professional and lasting collaboration with our partners, management of litigation, monitoring of compliance with commitments.
-KPI monitoring: update and analyse data, propose corrective action plans, if necessary, communicate.
- Administration of the Transporeon database

With a Master 2 / Business School degree in Purchasing and you have proven experience in the field of Purchasing. You are known for your curiosity, your good interpersonal skills, and your enthusiasm. Able to evolve in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, you are autonomous and able to take the initiative. You are perfectly at ease with IT systems and tools. You speak English (B2 level minimum).
