Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Preparation of sales plan and sales budget
• Active participation on proposal, development and evaluation of sales strategies and pricing and longterm business plans
• Monitor and improve sales performance, identifying and reporting key business drivers;
• Leading and motivation of sales team to achieve maximization of sales results and optimization of costs;
• Propose and implement motivating remuneration schemes for Sales representatives
• Management and development of the sales activities in Slovakia, Czech republic and Hungary and coordinate its actions with marketing and call center activities and respective departments in compliance with local law and regulations;
• Create and maintain contacts with medical Key Opinion Leaders, medical institutions e.g. Hospitals
• Organize meetings and presentations for clients or related parties (doctors, hospitals…)
• Manage regular visits of Medical Doctors in Hospitals and Medical Centers by representatives; provide professional advice to Clients and Doctors;
• Reporting and analysis of: sales results, competitors’ activity, etc.
• Manage & prepare courses and seminars for Clients and Partners (hospitals, doctors, conferences etc.)
• Creating and maintaining a “good reputation” of the Company
