Coral Club Europe is looking for a Customer service specialist who would work with written and oral requests from our clients in Europe and Ukraine.

What you will do
• Working with written and oral requests from clients: providing answers, consultation and assistance in resolving issues
• Monitoring the correctness of calculations and bonuses accrued to customers within the loyalty program
• Entering information into the database; control, analysis and modification of data
• Communication with colleagues from other departments
• Analysis of requests for optimize the services provided
