Supervision and administration of payroll processes across teams of Contract Administration in Slovakia
Co-ordination of the preparation of clients' payroll, reports and declarations
Supervision of new projects and solutions for payroll division development as well as supervision of changes of the payroll IT systems
Establishing and maintaining effective and good relations with customers, auditors, lawyers, tax consultants and financial and governmental institutions
Ensuring timely preparation of budgets
Maintaining strict control over expenses and costs in order to ensure the highest profit

Capable of analyzing complex Excel data
Experience with payroll software packages, e.g. Helios IQ, SAP – an advantage
Good knowledge of personal income tax legislation in excess of standard payroll related matters - an advantage
Strong client orientation
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with outsourcing/work for outsourcer or consultancy firm would be an advantage
Slovak - native, English - fluent
4+ years-experience in payroll processing
