Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our team is looking for a colleague who would support us with the implementation of analogue and mixed-signal integrated circuit modules used in wireless semiconductor or power products based on existing system specification. The position includes following tasks:
* Definition of circuit concepts, understanding of customer system requirements
* Behavioural modelling of designed blocks (VerilogA, VHDL-AMS) or signal processing in MATLAB
* Designing and Simulation of Analog intergrated circuit e.g. operation amplifiers, precision bandgap voltage or current references, current biasing of analogue circuits, PLL clock synthesizer devices, high frequency mixers or LNA RF amplifiers, using low voltage and low power design techniques, Noise Optimization of analogue circuits
* Guidance and supervision of the layout mask engineer (understanding of matching properties and parasitic R/L/C elements)
* Development of test concept and support of test program development
* Lab characterisation and debugging of modules and the IC product
