Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Development of the tire lines for company brands, with a focus on the end customer and preparing for introduction to market
> Responsibility for products in a project structure from initial development right through until after market introduction
> Responsibility for already running product lines, further product line development, monitoring the performance and ongoing development
> Highlighting, addressing and implementing quality measures within tire lines
> Tire testing and evaluation
> Documentation and presentation of new products
> Launch of the new products in the market
> Project membership and leadership between Continental Departments worldwide
> Close interfacing with manufacturing plants internationally
> Close cooperation with other departments within R&D worldwide
> Multitasking management of projects, line tasks and planning of department activities.
