Job description, responsibilities and duties

We expect that a successful candidate will together with their team cover following activities:
  • Creating learning and development concept based on the business requirements and in line with the corporate HR strategy;
  • Partnering with managers and HR Business Partners to support the business strategy, with a particular focus on the development elements;
  • Managing all aspects of the training cycle (training needs analysis, course development, implementation and delivery, monitoring and evaluation, keeping of evidence);
  • Coordinating of global initiatives related to organisational development such as Employee Engagement Survey, company culture initiatives (diversity, healthy leadership,
  • Coordinating cooperation with important partners such basic and secondary schools, univerisities, professional bodies at implementing efficient dual education system;
  • Providing guidance to managers and HR Business Partners regarding required legislative requirements for specific roles in the company (required education, certification, licences etc.);
  • Coordinating implementation of IT tools to enable efficient and smart L&D process in the company;
  • Implementing up-to-date L&D tools to support learning organisation;
  • Monitoring and updating of L&D policies;
  • Providing guidance to L&D policies, programs and processes as necessary while ensuring alignment with local and global strategies;

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Human Resources - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • 3+ years experience in the field of learning and development; automotive environment experience is an advantage
  • University education or relevant professional experience
  • Experience in leading people and projects
  • High change management skills
  • High communication skills
  • Experience with facilitating and moderating of events
  • Experience in implementing of tools/methods/processes
  • Open to new things (e.g. technologies, methods, trends)
