Job description, responsibilities and duties

Development of the tire lines for company brands, with a focus on the end customer and preparing for introduction to market
Responsibility for products in a project structure from initial development right through until after market introduction
Responsibility for already running product lines, further product line development, monitoring the performance and ongoing development
Highlighting, addressing and implementing quality measures within tire lines
Tire testing, evaluation and set-up
Documentation and presentation of new products
Launch of the new products in the market
Project membership and leadership
Close interfacing with manufacturing plants internationally
Close cooperation with other departments within R&D worldwide
