Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

  • Ensure the implementation the selection procedure from internal and external sources
  • Ensure the filling of vacant positions
  • Publish advertisements for the filled positions on
the job portals, internet and social media
  • Administration of the recruitment tracking system
  • Testing and evaluation of psychological tests
  • Communication with managers of filling the vacant positions
  • Creation of e PR (Electronic Personnel Requisition)
  • Personnel administration
  • Organizing job fairs and events at universities

Jazykové znalosti

Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)

  • University degree (Field of study: Psychology, Sociology or Humanistic studies)
  • Experience with sourcing and recruitment
  • Organizational and process related skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft apllications (MS Office)
  • Fluent level of English language
