SALES MANAGER SLOVAK REPUBLIC

ABOUT THE CLIENT

One of the leading company in EU within the business of industrial liquid coatings with over 80 years of presence on the market. Due to fast growing of the request from the market, an exciting position has been currently opened for a self-employed, strong sales leader with deep knowledge of the market responsible for development & sales in Slovakia.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Manager will be responsible for management and development of liquid coatings for industrial appliance, that means B2B sales activities in the designated region working independently (self-employed/B2B contract) and report to the Country Manager Poland responsible also for CZ and SK markets. Is expected performing the following duties personally to assure maximum potential and sales performance of his/her market. The professional sought is directly accountable for the successful performance of the sales activities, within the established area of responsibility.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Active development of business relationships with current clients’ portfolio and Business development in Slovakia
• Advising, training support customers on proper use and application of Company’s technologies and coating systems
• Analysis, mapping and monitoring of market in terms of competitors' actions
• Collecting suitable new business contacts and information leading to sale of the company’s products
• Negotiating the terms of the contract with the customers
• Promotion of the company's brand on the market
• Realization of sales planes and implementing new sales strategies
• Cold call, hunting prospects, mail and personal contact with potential business partners
• Self- organized, ability to write reports in English and proficiency used of suit Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience/professional practice in industrial liquid coatings, metal or wood finishing, anti-corrosion system, pigments or resins appliance.
• Familiar with the industrial coatings business or related businesses
• Good knowledge of English and ability to quickly learn language
• Can work independently and drive things through, self-motivated
• Result-oriented and customer focused attitude
• Proven experience in dealing with customers and people on different levels
• Problem-solving attitude
• Readiness to travel – driving license and driving experience is a must
• Proficiency in suite Office

Information about the selection process

The process is confidential, and will take 3 steps:
1) skype/phone interview for pre-selected candidate with the headhunter, 2) F2F interview with client's GM and headhunter for short-listed candidates, 3) final meeting with the CEO
