Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze and present accurate data findings across all channels; create data driven recommendations to improve marketing and operations.
• Delivering valuable insights based on data analysis, managing and interpreting ad-hoc and continuous research data into implementable recommendations.
• Helping to develop a cross-channel collateral strategy leads, working alongside marketing consultants, based on the data insights.
• Researching and developing your own behavioural studies in the relevant field,
• Assisting our growing team in evaluating and refining customer activity and behaviour reports. The resulting deliverables provide the analytical foundation to help guide and pattern customer insights for our loyalty and marketing needs.

Professional Requirements:
• 2+ years robust market research experience gained agency/client-side.
University degree in Market Research, Marketing, Sociology, Behavioural Psychology or in other relevant field would be a big plus.
• Ability to link customer data with marketing strategy and distilling it into actionable insights. Detail oriented, having a keen sense of understanding how changes and effectors can affect the client, their competitors, and their industry.
• Ability to understand client environment and consumer insights to recommend effective strategies. Consumer/shopper data + continuous tracking experience would be grand!
• Readiness of mind with a strong project management skills and the ability to present results clearly and incisively.
• A strong interest in the real IT, software and digital world with a desire to understand digital consumers, customers and shoppers and the growing digital world. If you've had some professional hook-up with IT we would get literally excited!:-)
• International or multicultural experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
