Your purpose will be to provide an unparalleled level of customer service and live stream content inspection for a growing global mobile apps producer with more than 700 million users. The client supported is a globally recognised producer of freeware apps for instant communications on electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet computers and personal computers. Our clients baseline of 700+ million users enables exchange of image, video and audio content, conduct free VoIP conversations and video conferences, download mobile games or use our client's wallet app for payments.

What we would like you to do:
- Work in web based client provided tools to monitor live stream and uploaded videos of thousands of users from Germany.
- Represent the admin role on behalf of your client to remove any offending, rules or good manners violating content.
- Notify the users of misbehaviour and provide justification and reasoning for their content removal or credit of spam points.
- Use your German language skills and cultural understanding of the German market.
- Support the team with your working hours flexibility to cover 24/7 operations.
- Identify and propose the best solutions improving the service quality to your client.
- Deliver a service that will delight you customers and provide a service to remember.
- Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.

- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1 - communicative level)
- Deep understanding and cultural alignment with young generation in Germany
- Professionalism and positive attitude
