The HR Business Partner will provide and manage an effective HR service for Concentrix’s locations in Slovakia and Poland, working with the business and adding value. The HR BP will be a key stakeholder in the business, working closely with management at all levels and colleagues across departments to ensure that the business is supported in creating a high performing environment that supports employee attraction, engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
• Provide advice to Executives, Senior and Line Management on the application of HR Policies & Procedures (inc. recruitment, on-boarding, training and development, employee engagement, retention, payroll) to ensure the employee lifecycle is managed in line with legislation and best practice
• Work in partnership with line managers dealing with complex and/or sensitive day to day people management issues, sickness levels, performance management, disciplinary matters when required
• Lead relevant change management initiatives from a HR perspective
• Playing a key role in driving the business towards achieving people related targets as well as strategic objectives
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within other areas of the business including but not limited to Recruitment; Payroll; Finance; Delivery; Resourcing and Learning & Development
• Review Policies & Procedures
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally; with the wider HR community and with external networks in order to drive new people solutions.
• Managing regional and more complex projects and initiatives, supported by the wider HR team
• Act as an ambassador for Concentrix Culture and operating philosophy

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2 years HR experience in HR in similar roles.
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience of operating within customer focused operation
• In-depth and demonstrable knowledge of employment law, HR policy and practice and its practical application
• Able to work at pace, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and managing multiple demands
• Self-motivated and able to work on your initiative
• Can operate effectively with ambiguity and manage change successfully
• Ability to foster excellent working relationships across a multicultural organisation and team
• Proven experience of quickly establishing credible relationships with stakeholders, enabling effective challenge, influence and persuasion to ensure HR best practices are maintained at all times
• Ability to work with office applications and tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
