- Use your language and communication skills : German and Italian - advanced + English - intermediate
- Handle inbound calls and e-mails.
- Work as part of a high performing inbound customer services team on behalf of one of our clients – a leading multinational technology and consulting corporation.
- Consistently put our customers first.
- Identify and propose the best solutions for each customer query and represent the brand.
- Deliver a service that will delight our customers and provide a service to remember
- Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.
