As the Service Delivery Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
• Lead a team of IT professionals in the area of web production, development and translation services
• Take accountability for the activities of a team (20+)
• Develop business, drive growth and contribute to increased customer satisfaction
• Drive efficiencies, manage quality and act as the primary contact person for client escalations
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and billing data
