What we expect from you

Act as first point of contact for any IBM customer, partner or employee
Provide front office support to customers by answering requests and resolving customer issues via phone and e-mail
Documenting and communicating actions taken for the Service Categories related to:
Pre-sales support
Post-sales support
General Enquiry
Information request
Request to connect
Work towards the goal of meeting the established quality, productivity and customer satisfaction requirements
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain center’s tools and infrastructure

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and telephone manner
