Job description, responsibilities and duties

The ComFit Europe Ltd., a Hungarian company is looking for an
Administrator.

TASK(S):
The job consists of
- managing the procurement of medical journals and their processing
- directing the work of the recorder team (who are doctors and medical students)
- dealing with customer inquiries

The job is not location-based (can be home-office) and does not involve travelling.

Information about the selection process

If you apply for this job, you will be given a task that can be solved in three hours, which is an entry to a second test and a personal interview.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a native Slovakian/Czech person
- who has a high-level English
- who does not mind flexible working hours which include occasional evenings and weekends too
- who is able to coordinate and complete tasks on his/her own
- who is punctual and precise
- who has confident IT skills (MS Office)
