Job description, responsibilities and duties

TASK(S):
The job consists of managing the procurement of medical journals and their processing, directing the work of the recorder team (who are doctors and medical students), dealing with customer inquiries

OUR OFFER:
The job is not location-based (can be home-office) and does not involve travelling.

f you apply for this job, you will be given a task that can be solved in three hours, which is an entry to a second test and a personal interview.

REQUIREMENT(S):
- We are looking for a native Slovenian/Czech/Slovakian person
- who has a high-level English
- who can work part-time (6 hours/day)
- who does not mind flexible working hours which include occasional evenings and weekends too
- who is able to coordinate and complete tasks on his/her own
- who is punctual and precise
- who has confident IT skills (MS Office)
