The main purpose of the role would be to assist business clients with optimizing the speed of their mobile websites. This could be achieved by suggesting a number of predefined remedies.
No hands-on coding or technical support would be required.
The focus of the role will be to:
- Communicate with online advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video
- Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to optimise their mobile website

Personality requirements and skills
- We are looking for bilingual (German and English-speaking) candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in technical support or any target- and process-driven environment.
- Prior knowledge or experience supporting mobile websites is NOT required – we will provide very extensive training which will equip you to do the job well.
- What we are looking for however, are candidates who have the aptitude to learn and understand how mobile websites work and how they can be optimised for speed.
- That would require some interest in technical aspects of websites, e.g. the various platforms on which websites operate (CMS), how pictures can be optimized for size (Photoshop), etc.
- These are very unique positions which combine B2B customer contact and a tremendous opportunity to learn the technical aspects of mobile websites.
- There are a number of various career paths one can follow once successful in this role, from Managerial, through Technical, Subject Matter Expert, Quality or Process Excellence.
- Fresh graduates with understanding of the web will also be considered.
- Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
